1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or spoiled.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The package was tampered with or opened at the time of delivery.

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product opened or partially consumed
  • Return request made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or personal taste preference
  • Improper storage of the product after delivery

4. Replacement Policy

If the complaint is verified and approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product, or
  • Replacement with another product of equal value, depending on stock availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • The product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and replacement is not possible.
  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
  • In other situations where returns are accepted, shipping charges may not be refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Quality Assurance

We carefully inspect and pack all dry fruits, nuts, and seeds to maintain freshness and quality. Customers are advised to store products in a cool, dry place or airtight container after opening to maintain product quality.
